How to install LiteSpeed on an unmanaged server
If you order the Turbo Boost option for your unmanaged server (VPS or Dedicated server), you must install the LiteSpeed web server yourself.
To install the LiteSpeed web server on an unmanaged server, follow these steps:
- Obtain the LiteSpeed serial number for your server. For information about how to do this, please see this article.
- Download the LiteSpeed web server from https://www.litespeedtech.com/products/litespeed-web-server/download.
- Install and configure the LiteSpeed web server. For information about how to do this, please visit http://www.litespeedtech.com/docs/webserver/install.
