How to add signatures to webmail

Custom signatures allow you to save time and create a distinctive signature attached to every email. This article shows you how to create a custom signature for each of the Webmail clients offered with A2 Hosting products.

Roundcube

Roundcube is available on our hosting plans with cPanel and Managed WordPress. To create or edit your email signature, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Roundcube.
  2. Click on the Settings menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Click Identities on the following page.

    Identities option.

  4. Select an Identity to change from the Identities column.
  5. Enter your signature in the Signature text box.

  6. To create an HTML signature including images, links and text styling, click the HTML signature  checkbox.
  7. Click the Save button when you are finished editing your signature.

Horde

Horde is available on our hosting plans with cPanel. To create or edit your email signature, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Horde.
  2. Hover the mouse cursor over the menu item shaped like a gear.

  3. Select Preferences > Mail from the flyout menu.

  4. Click Personal Information on the following page.

  5. Select your identity from the drop-down list at the top. It is likely you only have a default identity.

  6. Enter your signature in the Your Signature text box.

  7. There is also an HTML editor to add an HTML signature that can include images, links and text styling.
  8. Click the Save button when you are finished editing your signature.
